Shipping and Delivery

We ship all packages out within 1-3 business days of order placed from Ottawa, Canada. You will always receive tracking information to follow your order on its way to you.

CANADA

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $60 CAD in Canada. For orders under $60, we charge a flat rate of $12 CAD for Ontario or $16 CAD for all other Canadian destinations plus applicable taxes.

UNITED KINGDOM, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA

We're now shipping to the United Kingdom, Australia, and 12 European countries (Belgium, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland). YAY!

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped through Canada Post and you will receive a tracking number. The package will be transferred at the border to Canada Post's delivery partner in each given country. For example, in the UK it will likely be transferred to EMS/Parcelforce Worldwide for delivery to you.

PLEASE NOTE: You, the customer, are responsible for any and all import fees, duties, tariffs, and taxes that may apply when shipping from Canada to your country. We do not charge these in advance and they are NOT included in the price you pay to North Standard. If applicable on your order, they would be charged to you by the shipping carrier or broker when the package passes the border from Canada to your country.

USA

We are currently not shipping to the USA. Unfortunately, with recent changes to US import tariffs from Canada, many of our orders to the US have been subject to very high fees for our US customers and we have had a high number of refused packages which has been very costly for our business. 

Shipping to the US doesn't make sense for our business right now. We hope that we can resume shipping to the US soon!
